1. Am I able to choose the colour of the embroidery on my gift?

We have a huge selection of colours that can be used for embroidery, and we always select the colour that we feel best compliments the products on the site. However, if you have a particular preference with respect to the colour of embroidery you would like, then please contact us by either email or phone, and we will be happy to discuss your order.

2. Am I able to choose the font used on my gift?

We have selected the font that we feel best compliments the gift you have chosen, but as above, if you have a particular request, we will be more than happy to try and incorporate this in to your order.

3. I need my gift in a hurry, do you offer next day delivery?

If an order is received before 12 noon, and the gift item is in stock, then we endeavour to deliver your order the next working day. If you need your gift in a hurry, then please call us before placing your order to check product availability, and the earliest possible delivery date.

4. Am I able to have more than 15 characters in my embroidered name or message.

Dependent on the product that you select, we are able to add more characters, or more lines at no extra charge. Certain products e.g. bean bags or towels can easily cope with more text, but some of the smaller items will only work with a maximum of 15 characters. Please call or email us with your particular request, we will be more than happy to help and advise.
