4  Orders

All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by Atomic Gifts.

5  Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer. You must notify us within 7 days of the date that the goods are received.

6  Cancellation

In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers of Atomic Gifts have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).

Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible. Where goods have been despatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details and the original order number. Once all goods have been received by us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.

7  Claims for Non-Delivery

Any claims for non-delivery of products must be received by Atomic Gifts within 28 days of the date the order is placed.

8  Product Safety

Atomic Gifts cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions or warnings specifically stated on this website or on product packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this statement.

Atomic Gifts's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Atomic Gifts to the customer.

Atomic Gifts shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
